Linans Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including scratches, dents, stains, or worn surfaces. Customers are asked to remove all personal belongings before the appointment, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

**First-Time Booking Deposit**

To secure your appointment, a $40 deposit is required for all first-time bookings. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation notice is not provided within the 24-hour window.

**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy**

We kindly request at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice will incur a $50 last-minute cancellation fee, as our team reserves time and prepares specifically for your service.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it helps us serve all customers efficiently.

For safety and liability reasons, Linan's Detailing does not reinstall or strap in car seats after cleaning. If a car seat needs to be removed during the detailing process, the customer will be responsible for properly reinstalling and securing it after the service is completed.
